Enter at least one search criteria. This
tool allows you to search for records of completed geohydrologic
evaluations. The tool will return results based on the search
criteria you enter below. Multiple counties or evaluation types may
be selected. You can limit a search to a date range. If more than
500 records match the search criteria, an error message will be
displayed and you will have to revise your search criteria; for
example, selecting fewer counties. Click the Search button to
return results. Click the Clear button to clear the current search
criteria and any returned records. Clicking the Print button opens
the search results list in a PDF window to print or save.
