Additional Details
The anonymous caller stated that the fuel pumps at LOTO Marina, LLC had been leaking up to half a gallon of 91 octane gasoline per hour. The facility was supposedly using dawn dish soap to prevent the sheen and fuel from being noticed. The caller also stated that a 55-gallon barrel of used oil had been dumped at the owner's property on Ashcroft Road and just covered with chat. Environmental Emergency Response (EER) out of Jefferson City is responding.

Observations
State On-Scene Coordinator (SOSC) Johnson arrived at the scene at 17:05. He met with the marina owner Gary Meggs to investigate the complaint. Gary stated that they had a leaking pump a month before the report but it had since been repaired. No signs of a release from the site were present and the pump housing was clean and dry. Gary also showed SOSC Johnson the Ashcroft Road property where a waste oil drum was kept years prior. Gary stated that the drum had been removed when he sold the property a few years before the report.
