The National Response Center report states: "THE CALLER REPORTED THAT SQUATTERS HAVE PARKED THEIR RVS ON THE REPORTING PARTY'S PROPERTY. THE SQUATTERS ARE DUMPING THEIR SEWAGE ONTO THE PROPERTY. THIS HAS BEEN ONGOING FOR MORE THAN 2 YEARS. THE CALLER REPORTED THAT LOCAL AUTHORITIES HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED."
